No Provider-Patient Relationship

Purchasing a lab panel does not establish a provider-patient relationship. You will not receive any clinical consultation, recommendations, or follow-up from our clinic.

Results Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing your lab results. If any values appear outside the normal range, it is your responsibility to follow up with your primary care provider or another licensed medical professional for interpretation and appropriate care.

No Emergency Services

These lab services are not intended for emergency or urgent care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or concerning symptoms, please seek immediate medical attention.

Non-Refundable

All lab panel purchases are final and non-refundable once submitted.
